My name is Ruston. In 2012 I started a local food delivery company in West Texas with a handful of restaurants and a few drivers. Over eight years we grew it into a $10M+ network, and in 2020 it was acquired by delivery.com. I spent that whole time on the platform side of the table, watching what the apps do to a restaurant's margin from the inside.

Today I own a pizza shop in Midland. I'm on the other side of the table now, and I run the exact system on this page in my own restaurant every day.

I'm not a software company. I'm an operator with a strategy that works, and I take on one new restaurant a month so I can run it properly for every one of them.
